The delivery times shown below are subject to change during our busy periods but the expected delivery date will always be made clear at checkout.
Next Working Day Delivery

Order by 1pm (11am for ADR products*)
*ADR (Dangerous Goods) require additional provision, therefore orders need to be received before 11am for next working day delivery by Logistic North East. Currently, only our Huwa-San TR-20 and TR-50 products require ADR.
Standard Delivery

Collection
Live locally to South Shields, want to collect? – no problem.
All SafeSol products can be collected from our warehouse, open from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

If you would like to collect outside of regular hours, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do – we’re happy to accommodate requests when we can.
Returns
If you would like to replace your goods, please return your new, un-opened product(s) to SafeSol, South Shields Business Works, Henry Robson Way, NE33 1RF. Goods must be returned within 31 days of purchase, undamaged and using the original method of delivery.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within five working days of delivery so that we can help you with any concerns.
